Re-admission and Re-enrollment

1. Submit a Re-admission Application and Personal Statement. Your personal statement should address the following: what you have been doing since your original application to Agnes Scott, why you chose not to matriculate and why you now wish to attend Agnes Scott.
2. Transcripts from any college(s) attended since you originally applied to or attended Agnes Scott. Applicant should be in good academic standing at their previous institution(s).
3. Recommendation from an academic professor if enrolled in classes, or supervisor from a recent employer/volunteer organization if not.
4. International applicants must submit a Certificate of Finances (COF) and Proof of Funding. These can be attached to the online application or sent separately. This is only for students who cannot not fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

1. Submit the Re-enrollment Application and Personal Statement. Your personal statement should address the following: why you left Agnes Scott, what you have been doing since you left and why you would like to return. If your Agnes Scott cumulative or major GPA is below a 2.0, or your transcript indicates a failure to make satisfactory academic progress, the statement should include a detailed plan on how you will improve your academic performance.
2. Transcripts from any college(s) attended while withdrawn from Agnes Scott College. Applicant should be in good academic standing at their previous institution(s).
3. Recommendation from an academic professor if enrolled in classes, or supervisor from a recent employer/volunteer organization if not.
4. Academic plan for juniors and seniors: Please provide a detailed plan showing how you plan to complete your degree requirements. This plan should be attached to your application.
5. If you withdrew from the school for wellness (medical/mental health) reasons, you must provide documentation from your healthcare provider supporting your request for re-enrollment. If you withdrew for conduct reasons or during an active term, you must provide documentation from an individual who can confirm the issues are resolved. It is also helpful for your documentation to include recommendations detailing how we can support your transition back to Agnes Scott.
6. If you were last enrolled at Agnes Scott five or more years ago, we recommend you complete at least one course with a C grade or higher at a regionally accredited institution before applying to return.
7. If you have an outstanding balance or a health hold on your account, the balance must be paid and the health hold must be cleared before you will be eligible for re-enrollment.
